Shipping Policy
What methods of shipping are available?
We have several different options. Our standard shipping service is FedEx Ground but we can also send orders by FedEx Overnight, FedEx 2-Day, FedEx Express Saver (3-Day). We also have the ability to send shipments via UPS or DHL if an account number is provided at the time of the order.

What is your order cut-off time for expedited shipping?
Our order cut-off time is 3PM, Eastern Standard Time. Any orders placed after the cut-off will be considered as placed during the following business day. For instance, if Priority Overnight shipping is requested after the shipping cut-off time, it will need to be sent out the next day to arrive the day after.

Are there any fees for drop shipping?
There are absolutely no drop-shipping fees.

Does Spruell & Spruell Offer International Shipping?
No, not at this point but we are in negotiation with FedEx to set up international shipping accounts for our valued customers.
Refund Policy
We offer full refunds for the following:

Items ordered in error

Damaged items
-
Manufacturer’s defect
The time limit on this is 30 days after receipt of merchandise.

Returns on custom made products
There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom made products. These products are custom made to fit your specifications and cannot be sold to any other customer.
All sales are final on any custom made specialty products.
